About Project

The brand partnered with Yarilabs to completely modernise their subscription commerce experience. While they were already established on Shopify using Skio, the team felt limited by the rigid constraints of their existing provider. They required a more holistic engineering approach that could drive retention, reduce churn, and scale with their ambitious global growth plans.

This transformation centred on a full migration to Yari Flow, our proprietary subscription engine, but extended far into a complete digital overhaul. The scope of the project included a total website redesign, major performance upgrades, and the introduction of advanced, AI-driven retention tools, all aimed at creating a high-performance ecosystem that would give the brand full control over their customer journey.

Challenges

The brand’s legacy setup was creating significant friction and fundamentally holding back their growth potential. Skio’s rigid feature set prevented the creation of truly personalised subscriber journeys, while the existing Shopify theme had begun to feel dated and no longer reflected the brand’s premium, empowering identity.
